They had a spontaneous comeback in Norway in the summer of 2009, because when invited over to a TV show (Allsang på Grensen) by Christian Ingebriktsen, and it all started from there. After that they had some concerts in Oslo in December 2009.

When A1 got a request from NRK to send in a song for MGP, they were thinking about it for a long time, because they had never even thought about doing such a thing before. They were thinking about making a song especially for the Eurovision, but decided to send in three songs, and let NRK pick the best one. NRK then picked the song Don't Wanna Lose You Again. Their new album will be out in spring/summer 2010, starting off in Norway, and then A1 will take it from there. They have been in touch with Universal in the UK, so it is possible that this comeback will spread througout Europe.Mark told us that A1 really would be delighted to represent Norway in the ESC at Fornebu Arena, and that this could be a great kick off for their comeback in Europe.

Talking about their performance tonight, Mark said that they are really confident with their song, but that the competition is really hard. A lot of famous artists is in this year, so anything could happen.

Marks sends a special greeting to all of A1's fans all over Europe saying he really wishes to see all of them again as a result of their comeback.
