Lithuanian artist and two-time Eurovision representative Donny Montell is back with his latest single, Move your body!

Move your body by Donny Montell is a fresh and catchy dance-pop tune. The Lithuanian artist continues to display his showmanship and is working on new musical material.

Move your body was recorded in Stockholm with a Swedish team and was produced by the Lithuanian singer himself. Donny Montell says on his website:

The most valuable is the process and collaboration with the best Swedish producers. Being in between and with them in a studio in Stockholm I feel at least somewhat closer to my dreams.

All about Donny Montell

Donny Montell (born Donatas Montvydas, Vilnius, Lithuania, 1987) is a Lithuanian singer-songwriter, musician and dancer.

He comes from a musical and rhythmical family; his father was drummer in the hard rock band Plackartas, his mother was a gymnast and his older sister is a professional dancer.

Donny Montell participated in the popular Lithuanian music competition for young musicians Dainų dainelė. He is influenced by artists such as Michael Jackson and Freddie Mercury. He is currently one of the coaches in Lietuvos Balsas (The Voice Of Lithuania), the Lithuanian version of the popular franchise The Voice.

Donny Montell is married to professional dancer Veronika Montvydienė and the couple have a daughter, Adelė.

Montell at Eurovision

Donny Montell represented Lithuania twice at the Eurovision Song Contest; in 2012 in Baku, Azerbaijan with the song Love is blind, reaching a 14th place in the Grand Final with 70 points, and in 2016 in Stockholm, Sweden with I’ve been waiting for this night. In the Grand Final of Eurovision 2016, Donny Montell and I’ve been waiting for this night reached a top-10 position, respectably placing 9th with 200 points.
