Måns Zelmerlöw and Edward af Sillén will be the official Swedish commentators at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv, Ukraine, while singer Wiktoria will deliver the Swedish points as spokesperson.

2015 Eurovision winner and co-host of the ESC 2016, Måns Zelmerlöw, can add another Eurovision related job to his resume: the artist will be the official Swedish commentator at Eurovision 2017, alongside Edward af Sillén. Edward af Sillén is a screenwriter and stage director, and has previous experience with Eurovision, including as commentator and artistic director.

Edward af Sillén wrote on his Instagram page:

It’s finally official! I will return as a commentator for the Eurovision Song Contest at SVT. Moreover: this year I’ll have the great Måns Zelmerlöw at my side. What fun it will be.

And there is more news from Sweden, as the official spokesperson for the country has also been announced: none other than Melodifestivalen participant Wiktoria Johansson. The singer-songwriter earned an overall 4th place at Melodifestivalen 2016, and a 6th place at Melodifestivalen 2017. Now, Wiktoria will still grace Eurovision 2017 as spokesperson for Sweden, delivering the “Douze Points” during the Grand Final of the ESC in Kyiv, Saturday 13 May 2017.
