This year’s Greek Eurovision entry had to travel through thunder and lightning to reach to its final form. Panik Records released today the final version of This is love, the song that Demy will perform in Eurovision 2017 for Greece.

Demy’s song gets revamped

Although the Greek entry leaked few days before the National Final where it was competing, its journey wasn’t over yet. After its selection to officially become the 2017 Greek entry at the Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv, the lyricists Romy Papadea & John Ballard decided to change the main chorus’ lyrics. From la la love, and rain falls from above the Greek entry for the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest gets a face lift and changes to reaching out for the stars.

This explains why the official video was removed from the Eurovision Youtube channel moments after its release.
