BigPoll: 10/10 Eurovision Qualifiers

by Michalis Vranis 71 views

esctoday.com readers have correctly predicted the ten qualifiers of the first Eurovision Song Contest semi final for the first time. Adding together the top nine songs from the televote and 'jury choice', readers correctly predicted the ten qualifying songs.

escotoday.com readers predicted that the top nine songs in the televote would be joined by Israel in the final. Whilst we will not know which of the ten songs qualified as the jury choice until Saturday after the final, it's a 100% success for the BigPoll and the changes introduced by esctoday.com to improve the reliability of the result.

The ten qualifiers are:

1.Turkey
2.Bosnia Herzegovina
3.Sweden
4.Iceland
5.Malta
6.Finland
7.Romania
8.Armenia
9.Portugal

Predicted Jury choice: Israel

This is the first time that a poll has correctly predicted the outcome of a Eurovision Song Contest semi final.
