The Israeli newspaper Israel Hayom reports this morning that the final of Rising Star for Eurovision 2017 will take place on 13 February.
The final will be broadcasted live and the public at home will be able to vote for its favorite via app voting. It is expected that four acts will advance to the final and that it will be a singer selection (as in 2015) with the Israeli entry written internally afterwards.
Show 4 of Rising Star for Eurovision 2017 will be aired tomorrow. It is the only broadcast for this week. Hence, Show 5 will be aired on Monday, 23 January. The upcoming show will feature more preliminary auditions. So far, 14 acts have advanced to the next stage:
