Former Eurovision Song Contest winner and three time Swedish representative at the Eurovision Song Contest, Carola, has landed in Moscow. She will be a special guest performer at the official Eurovision Song Contest Opening Party tomorrow night.
Carola will join the already announced names of Dschinghis Khan (Germany), Ruslana (Ukraine, 2004 winner), Marija ŠerifoviÄ� (Serbia, 2007 winner), Dima Bilan (Russia, 2008 winner) and the very first Eurovision Song Contest winner, Lys Assia (Switzerland).
The Eurovision Song Contest opening ceremony takes place tomorrow, Sunday 10th May at the Euroclub centre at Manezhnaya Square, Moscow and is set to be one of the most memorable in the history of the competition. Earlier today, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin arrived at the arena to see for himself how preparations for next week's live shows is coming along.
