The voting results from OGAE Poland have just come in with the first 12 points to Iceland. Norway gets another 10 points, and the Polish 8 points have Estonia as destination. After this round, the scoreboard remains almost unchanged.
This is how the Polish branch of OGAE network have voted:

This time, it's Iceland the country getting 12 points after winning the OGAE Poland vote just 3 votes ahead of Norway. Iceland progresses to 7th place, pulling Greece to 8th. Estonia now shares 10th spot with Turkey and Russia advances two positions, from 25th to 23rd.
