The 2013 Dutch Eurovision representative Anouk released the videoclip for her latest single, Burn.

Burn is the first official single from Anouk‘s forthcoming new album, Fake it till we die, which will be released on 21 October 2016. In September 2016, Anouk already gave a little taste of her latest album by releasing the lyric video for the song Down daddy down. Burn tells the story of the aftermath following a tempestuous relationship, and the song is now available on Youtube, Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer.

Fake it till we die may also be pre-ordered via Bol.com, with a chance to win a Meet & Greet with Anouk at one of her upcoming concerts in Amterdam’s Ziggo Dome. The concerts will be held on 24, 27 and 31 May 2017.

Anouk Teeuwe (The Hague, 1975) is considered to be the most popular female rock-singer in the Netherlands. Her international breakthrough was in 1997 with the song Nobody’s wife. Since then, Anouk has released many albums and singles, winning musical awards and topping the Dutch music charts. Privately, Anouk is a proud mother of six children.

In 2013 Anouk represented the Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö, Sweden, after being internally chosen by Dutch broadcaster AVROTROS. With the dark ballad Birds, a departure from her iconic rock-style, Anouk reached the sixth place in Semi-Final 1, becoming the first Dutch artist to reach the Grand Final since 2004. In the Grand Final, Anouk eventually earned a respectable ninth place, with 114 points.

Anouk also wrote the 2015 Dutch Eurovision-entry Walk along, performed by Trijntje Oosterhuis. In 2015 she released the song Hold me, a duet with the 2016 Dutch Eurovision representative, Douwe Bob.
