After the Cypriot vote, the scoreboard remains nearly unchanged. There are just 2 slight variations: Albania, getting 3 points, progresses one spot, and Bulgaria enters the scoreboard with its first 2 points. Sweden, after getting 12 points, is solidly placed 3rd, just one point behind France.
