After two rounds receiving lower scores than usual, Norway gets again 12 points from the Spanish branch of the OGAE network. Sweden places immediately after, thus receiving 10 points. France completes the Spanish top-3.

After the Spanish fans have voted, there is an important change to the top of the scoreboard: Sweden, after getting 10 points, ranks now 3rd, placing ahead of Spain and Bosnia & Herzegovina. Turkey and Greece switch places and the United Kingdom slightly improves its result.
