OGAE Luxembourg is next to announce their votes. The fans of the Eurovision Song Contest in this non-competing country have given their maximum points to Norway, following this year's trend. Immediately behind Norway, Spain receives 10 points, and Sweden, 8.
This is how the Luxembourgish branch of OGAE have voted:
- 12 Norway (244 votes)
- 10 Spain (192 votes)
- 8 Sweden (168 votes)
- 7 Malta (151 votes)
- 6 Greece (140 votes)
- 5 Germany (138 votes)
- 4 France (135 votes)
- 3 Iceland (111 votes)
- 2 Switzerland (100 votes)
- 1 Finland (85 votes)
Just missing out:
- United Kingdom (83 votes)
- Turkey (71 votes)
- Portugal (60 votes)
After the Luxembourgish fans have voted, already 5 OGAE national branches have had their say. And once again, Norway receives the 12 points. The Nordic country has been awarded so far with 4 lots of 12 points and one of 10, which makes Norway a solid leader. Spain now jumps to place #2, and also Sweden sees how its ranks improve after this 5th voting. Two countries that would warmly welcome the results coming from Luxembourg are Malta and Germany, who receive their first 7 and 5 points, respectively.
