Dutch artist Douwe Bob, who represented the Netherlands at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm, released the official videoclip for his new single: How lucky we are.
Following Slow down, Douwe Bob‘s 2016 Eurovision-entry, How lucky we are is the second single of the artist’s latest album, Fool bar. How lucky we are is an upbeat song, celebrating the simple pleasures in life.
The videoclip was directed by Teemong (Timon van den Elskamp), known for his work within the Dutch rap-scene. In the videoclip, Dutch rapper Fresku (Roy Michael Reymound) plays a Douwe Bob look-alike, living a wild and carefree lifestyle with his buddies, including fellow rappers Braz, Mocromaniac and Bullymaf. In the end of the video, Fresku meets the real Douwe Bob, and the two share an intimate moment…

Douwe Bob Posthuma (Amsterdam, 1992) represented the Netherlands at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm, Sweden, with the song Slow down. He performed his song in Semi Final 1, reaching the 5th place out of 18 contestants, with 197 points. In the Grand Final, Douwe Bob reached a respectable 11th place, earning 153 points.
