Hungary: Preview shows on MTV kick off tonight

The Hungarian public broadcaster, MTV, is starting its series of daily programmes about all 42 Eurovision entries for 2009 tonight. Each programme will feature a song, starting by Albania, in English alphabetical order. The shows will be aired at 20:55 CET on MTV's second channel M2.

Every day, starting tonight, the Hungarian television will present a preview video of a song competing at the forthcoming Eurovision Song Contest. The series of preview shows will be broadcast on M2, the cultural channel of MTV, at 20:55 CET, right after the evening news. Tonight's show will feature the Albanian entry Carry me in your dreams, sung by Kejsi Tola. MTV has decided to introduce the songs in English alphabetical order, therefore, the United Kingdom will close the preview shows.

A webcast to follow the shows will be provided here and here. M2 can be also watched via satellite Eutelsat HotBird8 (13º East) with these parameters: Transponder: 71, Pol.: Horizontal (X), Frequency: 12130,26 MHz, Symbol rate: 27500, FEC: 3/4, MCPC / DVB-S / QPSK / MPEG2 & MPEG4.

Hungary will participate at the second semifinal of the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest. Zoli Ádok was chosen internally by MTV to represent the Central European country in Moscow, with the song Dance with me.
