Francesca Michielin, who is representing Italy in the Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm with her song No degree of separation, has begun her journey to Stockholm.

She will travel on a special bus, and stop in six different cities on her way, which represent the six degrees that separate Francesca and Italy.

She was given a special send off from her home town of Bassano del Grappa, and from there will travel to Vienna, Warsaw, Berlin, Copenhagen and then to Stockholm. While in each city, she will meet with her fans and experience what each city has to offer. You can keep track of her progress on her Twitter page and her Facebook page.

Francesca has seen a lot of success since being chosen to be the Italian entrant in Eurovision at the San Remo Festival 2016. Her album di20are has been released and the video for her song No degree of separation has had millions of views online. She is also going on an 11 date tour of Italy in October where she will be playing some of Italy’s top clubs.
