Francesca Michielin who is representing Italy in the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest with her song No degree of separation has revealed some details about her staging and performance.
Firstly, she has said the prominent colour of the stage will be green, to represent trees and seeds to be planted. She has also disclosed that she will be working with production designer Nicoline Lindeborg Refsing of Rockart Design on her stage show.
Rockart Design have worked on many global television and music events, such as the Brit and MOBO awards in the UK and The X Factor in UK and Australia, and has also worked on the Eurovision performance of 2014 winner Conchita Wurst as well as The Common Linnets in 2014 and Aminata in 2015.
