The group Lighthouse X, who will represent Denmark at the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Stockholm, Sweden, will partake in an exclusive canal cruise. And the press are invited to join them!

Lighthouse X, consisting of  Søren Bregendal, Johannes Nymark and Martin Skriver, will represent Denmark with the song Soldiers of love. Before travelling to Stockholm for their Eurovision-adventure, the trio will embark on an exclusive canal cruise, in benefit of the press.

The press is invited to join Lighthouse X on the canal cruise, Thursday 21 April 2016, at 12:30. Starting point is Havnegade 5, in front of the National Bank, and the cruise will take the press along the canals of Copenhagen, Denmark.

The press will be able ask questions. Longer interview sessions are possible, but only after an advance agreement, and may take place on land after the cruise.

Furthermore, Lighthouse X will perform a special unplugged version of their Eurovision-entry, Soldiers of love. The song means a lot to the members of the band, as Søren Bregendal explains:

It is the quintessential Lighthouse X song. No other song captures our message of love and hope and our vision of a better world as strongly as this one.

Lighthouse X will perform Soldiers of love during Semi Final 2 of the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in the Ericsson Globe (Globen Arena), Stockholm, Sweden, on Thursday 12 May, from position 14.
