The third presentation show of the Andorran national selection for the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest will be held tonight. The third show of Passaport a Moscou will introduce national final entrant Lluis Cartes.

The voting for the Andorran public's favouritehas started already since thestartthe first Passaport a Moscou programme. The viewers will have the opportunity to vote during the show and the final which will be held at the Apolo Andorra Hall, in Andorra la Vella on February 4th at 21:30 CET. The final winner, though, will be decided by the televote results from the four shows as well as jury vote at a 50-50 split.
