Melody, one of the favourites to win the Spanish national final for forthcoming Eurovision Song Contest, will be appearing tonight on the El Hormiguero show at 21:25 CET where she will be interviewed about her current projects. The Andalusian artist will be competing in the Spanish Eurovision semi finals along with Los Vivancos in her quest to represent Spain in Moscow.

Melody has been enjoying extensive publicity and coverage in the recent days thanks to her bid to represent Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest with her song Amante de la luna which won the Spanish Eurovision online selection Eurovision 2009, El retorno. Spanish media, television channels, newspapers, radio stations and websites have been devoting the artist with massive coverage. Melody has been receiving a lot of promotion in her native Andalusia, especially on the Andalusian regional television channel Canal Sur.

Today she will be interviewed on the El Hormiguero show which will be aired at 21:55 CET on private Spanish television channel CUATRO.

Melody shot to fame in Spain as a child artiste. She hails from Dos Hermanas in Seville, Andalucia. She has recorded abouteight albums and enjoys name and recognition on home soil. Melody and Los Vivancos are among the favourites to represent Spain at the forthcoming Eurovision Song Contest along with Soraya.
