According to news obtained by OGAE Turkey's TRT correspondant and Sertab Erener's message on her official website's forum, TRT will release the Turkish Eurovision entry for 2003 on Saturday, March 1st during the lottery program “Sayısal Gece.”

Finally, the news regarding the Turkish entry that come from different sources seem to be consistent with each other.

According to information released by the vice-president of OGAE Turkey (who also claims being in direct contact with TRT) the song will be submitted to the Turkish broadcaster on Friday, February 21st. Then, the entry will be released on the lottery program “Sayısal Gece”, which will be broadcasted on both TRT 1 and TRT INT channels at 19:30 GMT. The same source also claims that TRT will have the song available in .mp3 format on its website on the same day.

Sertab Erener -this year's performer for Turkey- is currently working on the final format of the entry at a studio in the United Kingdom. On her official website's forum, Sertab Erener states that the entry selected by TRT is composed by the artist herself and Demir Demirkan, who is a guitarist and a producer. The lyrics are also by Demir Demirkan and they are reported to be entirely in English.

This year TRT selected one out of three entries, which were all submitted by Sertab Erener, to compete during the 2003 Eurovision Song Contest in Riga, Latvia.
