Commotion in Belgium! It appeared that the 26-year old female singer of Urban Trad has a file at the national security agency for right wing extremism sympathies. VRT teletext reports that she has been arrested twice during extremistic actions and that she joined a commemoration of nazi leader Rudolf Hess.
In the meantime, broadcaster RTBF announced that the singer has to stay home and will NOT join Urban Trad in Riga.
This year, the Wallonian broadcaster RTBF is responsible for the Belgian Eurovision candidate. The Flemish broadcaster VRT will report about this case in their next news broadcast.
