Eurobeat – Winning is Everything has been nominated for the Best New Musical at the 2009 Theatregoers Choice Awards. The winning musical will be chosen by audience members voting on line on the Whats on Stage website.

The nomination for Eurobeat – Winning is Everything is reward for the show''s success and is in recognition of the rave reviews in the United Kingdom media during the show#s recent run on London's West End and national tour of the UK. Leading performances by Les Dennis and Mel Giedroyc helped establish this show as one of the most entertaining shows seen in the West End this year.

Voting is now open and will close January 31st. The winning show will be announced on week commencing 9th February 2009.

Eurobeat is an interactive musical comedy bases on the Eurovision Song Contest. The show proved a popular hit at the 2007 Edinburgh Fringe Festival and has since enjoyed a successful tour of the UK. Plan are currently being made for an European tour for the musical sometime in 2009.
