Coral, runner-up at the 2008 Spanish selection Salvemos Eurovisión, is to enter the competition once again with the song Babylon, a song that mixes arabic and hispanic styles that will be soon available on the singer's MySpace page.

According to Coral, the theme is currently under production with the aim of bringing a high-quality song to the competition. Babylon will feature "arabic and hispanic styles". More information is expected to come out soon.

The team behind Babylon is formed by Julián Pinilla and José Juan Santana, president of OGAE Spain, who already has experience in composing themes for Eurovision. For instance, he entered the 2008 national competition in Spain with Un poquito más, sung by Malena Gracia, not reaching the final stages; and in 2007, along with Rafael Artesero, reached the 2nd place in Misión Eurovisión with La reina de la noche.

Coral was one of the hot fan favourite entrants in the 2008 Spanish Eurovision selection, Salvemos Eurovisión. Her act Todo está en tu mente placed 2nd, losing to Rodolfo Chikilicuatre.
