Belarus held the semi final of EuroFest, their national selection for the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest in Moscow, tonight. 15 acts competed and five of the were chosen by a jury to go forward to the final in January.

The following acts have made it to the final (the songs might still be changed according to the rules):
- Petr Elfimov – Eyes that never lie
- Litesound feat. Dakota – Carry on
- Domenika – This is my day
- Gunesh – Fantastic girl
- Veter v Golove – Or – or – and
Ruslan Alekhno represented Belarus in Belgrade and finished 17th in the second semi final with Hasta la vista thus not reaching the final. The country has only made it to the final once so far in 2007, when Koldun reached 6th place overall.
