Deep Zone, the Bulgarian participants in the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 in Belgrade, will be once again involved in the Bulgarian national final. However, this time they won't be present with an entry of their own but as support for other artists.
Deep Zone will be producing the singles of some artists participating in this year'sBulgarian national final for the Eurovision Song Contest 2009. Furthermore, they will behelpingtheir possible successorsby giving them some musical advice as well as ideas to improve their performances on stage, based on the knowledge the groupcould gain from competing in last year's Eurovision Song Contest.
Producing and remixing most hit singles of other Bulgarian artists,Deep Zonealso started Music Space, a project to promote their youngprotégés.
ButDeep Zoneisnot only helping other artists in buliding a successful career, they have been busy following their own ambitious projects as well, such as their National Club Tour which led them to 20 Bulgarian cities. Moreover, theydid over hundred live performances and club gigs, including an appearance at Spirit of Bourgas, an international music festival.
Their current single is called Let the music love ya, which was released in October and managed to reach the top of various important charts. Due to a contract with ToCo International, the single is set to be released worldwide in a month.
Deep Zone and DJ Balthazar represented Bulgaria in the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 in Belgrade with the song DJ, take me away. They reached 12th place in the second semi final and therefore failed to qualify for the grand final.
