Tonight, Monday October 13th, France 3 broadcasts a special show to raise money for the foundation Paris-Hôpitaux de France, directed by Bernadette Chirac, wife of ex-French president Jacques Chirac.

This is the 6th edition of this special event, entitled Plus de vie. Famous artists will give a piece of their time and talent to perform songs of Edith Piaf, who passed away 45 years ago. Charles Aznavour, Tina Arena, Roch Voisine, Amel Bent will be on stage, and Natasha St-Pier too.

The 2001 French (but Canadian born) entrant will release her new album next November 17th, under the very simple title… Natasha St-Pier. A single has been sent to radio stations some weeks ago and will be the first one to be commercialized: Embrasse-moi.As for the album, it will once again be produced by Pascal Obispo. It is described as “more urban” than usual.

Special thanks to Jacques.
