Sweden : 9 Eurovision entries in Top 60

Earlier this week, it was reported that 4 Eurovision entries entered the official sales lists in Sweden – a Euro-Land ! This chart not only counts “physical” records, but also internet downloadings and ringtones.

Week 23 in the Swedish charts has been published with 5 more Eurovision entries. Sebastien Tellier (France) is nowat 4th place, Rodolfo Chikilicuatre (Spain) entered the chart at number 12, the other newcomers being Dima Bilan (Russia) at number 28, Simon Matthew (Denmark) on spot 56, Ani Lorak (Ukraine) on spot 57 and Euroband (Iceland) on spot 59.The two others ones, which entered last week, are : Actually, Maria (Norway, now 20) and Kalomira (Greece, 38).

Charlotte Perelli (Sweden) still charts at number 18, like the Melodifestivalen runner-up, Sanna Nielsen, at number 35. Both ladies have already reached the Golden status.

Another "Eurovision entry" can be found in the Top 60. But this not a song performed in Belgrade… Which one ? The Swedish 2007 entry, The worrying kind, this time performed by Mia Hirasawa. Her cover (and classical) version was shown during the Swedish final.
