The 29th OGAE jury to cast their vote is the Swiss branch who give their 12 points to Sweden, their 10 to Iceland and 8 points to Andorra.
With the Swiss vote, Armenia and Iceland tie in fourth place, Russia moves up to ninth place, Greece drops to number 10.
