Bodies Without Organs otherwise known as just 'BWO,' have released three albums and seventeen singles in Sweden since their breakthrough 2004. Now four years later they release their first greatest hits Pandemonium – The Singles Collection. The album will be released on the 9th of April.

BWO had some great years behind them. Alexander Bard, Marina Schiptjenko and Martin Rolinski are now well known both in the home country and many other European countries. They mix synth pop with dance beats and classic pop ballads. Alexander is famous from one of the stars of Army Of Lovers, Marina has played in the synth group Vacuum and Martin have been in the tv-show Popstars.
The first commercial breakthrough in Sweden was with the song Conquering America. It was played much on the radio and was a top 40 hit on the single sales chart. They entered Melodifestivalen 2005 with the song Gone, but it didn’t make it to the final and were a minor hit. The song is not included on the new greatest hits album. It was the singles Open door and Sunshine in the rain they got well known all over Sweden. Debut album Prototype was a major success and included seven hits.
In 2006 they were back in Melodifestivalen, this time with Temple of love. The song reached second place after Evighet by Carola. It was a major hit, just as their second album was, Halcyon Days.
In 2007 they released five singles from the album Fabricator, there Alcazar cover Save my pride was the biggest one, but not included on the Pandemonium album.
BWO tried a third time to win Melodifestivalen, in 2008 they came third place with the song Lay your love on me. The song hit radio chart show Tracks first place in March. In the meanwhile they got a smaller dance hit in the UK with Sunshine in the rain.
On the album Pandemonium – The Singles Collection we find new songs The Bells Of Freedom, Euro pride Anthem 2008, Barcelona and Lay your love on me. From last album there is also included songs Gomenasai and We should be dancing, so far not released on singles. According to news reports Gomenasai will be released as summer single and The Bells Of Freedom in August.
