The Netherlands: Douwe Bob premieres his Eurovision entry Slow Down

This morning, Friday 4 March 2016, Douwe Bob presented the song that he will sing at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Stockholm, Sweden- Slow Down.

Douwe Bob’s Eurovision-entry Slow Down was presented during a special press conference by broadcaster AVROTROS in Amsterdam, hosted by Dutch Eurovision-commentator Cornald Maas. The song is a midtempo composition, showing Douwe Bob’s characteristic sound as a vocalist. The accompanying official videoclip for Slow Down was also released today. The song will feature on Douwe Bob’s forthcoming new album, Fool Bar.

Slow Down was composed by Douwe Bob, Jan Peter Hoekstra, Jeroen Overman and Matthijs van Duijvenbode.

Douwe Bob will perform Slow Down in the first half of semi-final 1 of the Eurovision Song Contest 2016, Tuesday 10 May 2016.
