After five weeks of heats, the grand final of Melodifestivalen 2008, the Swedish national selection of the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade, will be held tonight. The remaining ten songs will compete to become the 43rd and final song for the 53rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest.

Tonight Sweden will complete the line up of songs for the 53rd Eurovision Song Contest this coming May.

In Stockholm live tonight at 20:00 CET, Melodifestivalen 2008 will begin to select the Swedish representaive for Belgrade.

The show will be aired on SVT 1, via television, satellite and webcast.

The complete running order is:

The Ark finished 18th for Sweden in Helsinki with The worrying kind. In 2008, Sweden will take part in the second semi final of the Eurovision Song Contest on 22nd May.
