Dutch broadcaster AVROTROS has announced that the 2016 Eurovision entry, sung by Douwe Bob, will be presented on the 4 March 2016.
Eventually, the 2016 Dutch entry for the Eurovision Song Contest was scheduled to be presented on Wednesday the 2 March, but Dutch broadcaster AVROTROS has announced that the presentation will be held on Friday the 4 March.

The Netherlands will be represented by Douwe Bob at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm, Sweden. The artist was chosen internally by a selection committee of broadcaster AVROTROS. How and where Douwe Bob’s Eurovision-song will be presented on March 4 is yet to be announced.
Douwe Bob Posthuma (Amsterdam, 1992) is a rising star within the Dutch music industry, winning the talent show De Beste Singer-Songwriter van Nederland (The Best Singer-Songwriter of The Netherlands) in 2012, and since then releasing two critically acclaimed albums, Born In A Storm and Pass It On, winning various musical awards. He also sung the duet Hold me with Anouk (Eurovision 2013). Douwe Bob is currently working on his third album.
