The second and last semi final of Belgium's Eurosong, the national selection for the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest, was held tonight. Five songs were presented and the televoters send the top two to the national final next week. An additional wildcard will be chosen.

To the final:

3rd/4th:

• Brahim – What I like about you
• Tabitha Cycon –It's a beautiful day

Eliminated:

• Geena Lisa – Wheel of time

The jury has decided that Brahim gets the wildcard, so the line-up for the national final is:

Last year the Walloon broadcaster submittedthe entry LovePower which was performed by the KMG's and finished 26th in the semi finalgetting 14 points- 12 of them from debuting country Georgia. The last time an entry by the Flemish broadcaster reached the top 10 was back in 1977! In 2008, Belgium will take part in the first semi final of the Eurovision Song Contest on 20th May.
