French-Caribbean artist Jean-Marc Monnerville, better known as Kali, the 1992 French Eurovision entrant in Malmö, has announced the release of a brand new album titled Sacré combat.
After a series of very personal records, including the spiritual album C’est l’éveil in 2013, the Martinique-born singer who brought the very first entry performed in Antillean Creole language to the Eurovision Song Contest with Monté la riviè, has once more teamed up with his own son Nazaraken and old friend Patrick Jean-Elie to release the album Sacré combat under the stage name Kali le Trio.
The new album to be released in the coming weeks is made of 13 tracks, new songs and covers from reggae music legends Bob Marley or 6th Continent, and many other surprises. Here is the the teaser:
