Douwe Bob was welcomed by host Cornald Maas, who is also the Dutch commentator of the Eurovision Song Contest and Eurovision-expert, in his cultural TV-show Opium. Douwe Bob was also greeted by musical cabaret duo Yentl en De Boer, who wrote a special Eurovision-song for him.

The Dutch singer was then followed during his visit of the Nationale Opera & Ballet, where he watched the performance of Giselle, in which his best friend Chanquito van Hoeve has a main role. Douwe Bob talked about ballet and the art of dance with Cornald Maas. Afterwards, Douwe Bob performed his single Pass It On live in Opium.

Douwe Bob also talked a little bit about his upcoming Eurovision performance, focusing mainly on stage-presentation:

I’m not planning on dancing at Eurovision!

However, the singer, who is working on his Eurovision-performance, said that he could learn a lot about stage-presentation from his friend Chanquito, who made the choreography for one of Douwe Bob’s music-video’s.
