Severina, the Croatian diva who represented her country back in 2006 with Moja štikla and reached the 12th place, is back to heat up your summer with her new song Calimero.

The song is a typical uptempo balkan hit, written by Filip Miletić and Miloš Roganović, where Severina sings about her will to leave the sadness behind and dance to the rhythm of rumba. Watch the videoclip that was released earlier today here:

Croatia’s last participation in the Eurovision Song Contest so far was in 2013, while their last appearance in the final was in 2009. In October 2014, the Croatian newspaper Jutarnji revealed that the winner of The Voice Croatia (Najljepši glas Hrvatske) might go on to represent the country if Croatia will participate in Stockholm next year.
