Denmark: DR releases the rules for DMGP 2016; submission kicks off

DR, the Danish national broadcaster has released the rules and regulations for the fortchoming 2016 Danish Eurovision national selection-  2016 Dansk Melodi Grand Prix.

Composers and artists wishing to compete in the 2016 Danish national selection can do so by submitting their applications to DR. The deadline for submission has been set on Monday 7 September. If you wish to enter the competition and represent Denmark at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Sweden you can apply online here.

In 2015 Denmark selected its Eurovision act via its annual national selection DMGP. Anti Social Media defended the Danish colours at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest with their entry The way you are. Despite an energetic performance Denmark failed to qualify to the grand final in Vienna.
