TVR, the Romanian broadcaster has decided earlier today to disqualify the song Your love by the girl band Paradise while the song performed by 3sud est titled Vorbe care dor has been withdrawn by the artists.
After the research that have been done and the notifications that have been sent to TVR by the fans, Paradise’s song has broken the regulations. TVR realised that the song has been aired on national television before the 1st of October, 2007 and this thing is against the regulations of the National selection.The two lucky songs that entered now in the semifinalists list are:
- La storia della pioggia – Inesa (music:Sandu Gorgos, text: Adriana Filip)
- Run Away – Catalin Josan (music:Radu Bolfea, Sebastian Barac, Marcel Botezan, text: Radu Bolfea, Sebastian Barac, Marcel Botezan.
Catalin Josan, the Moldovan “Megastar show" winner and Nico, are the only artists that have two songs in the semifinals. Nico declared that she may withdraw one of her songs. It is about the song that she sings solo, “fight for life”. She is afraid that by having two songs in the semifinals that the votes will probably be devided between these two songs.
