The Queen of Austria aka Conchita Wurst has also recorded a special video for Vienna and the Vienna Tourist Board where she is seen in some of her favourite places in the Austrian capital city: Motto am Fluss Restaurant on the Danube Canal, the Kaisergruft at the Imperial Burial Vault, the Wiener Staats Opera ( Vienna State Opera) and the Mojito Cubano Bar.
Conchita takes on a day trip around Vienna showcasing some of the city’s most popular places, kicking off the tour at the Motto and Fluss Restaurant on the Danube Canal, one of her favourite restaurants. Conchi feels very comfy at Motto and Floss as she feels she’s on a boat when she is in the canal restaurant. After having a cup of coffee she takes us to the Kaisergruft at the Imperial Burial Vault for a rendez vous with history, where more than 149 members of the Habsburg family are burried including Empress Marie Therese, Emperor Franz Joseph and namely Empress Sisi, who still enjoys popularity today!
After a short historical tour Conchi takes us to one of Vienna’s most sought after attractions, the Wiener Staats Opera (Vienna State Opera), which was also built during the imperial era of Vienna by the Habsburg family. To end the day Conchi goes to the Mojito Cubano Bar to chill out and have a few cocktails and mojitos!
