Earlier this week, a press conference took place in the Russian capital of Moscow where both this year’s Russian participant, Polina Gagarina, and the 2015 host nation representatives, The Makemakes, met for the first time. 

Held at the Bureau of Vienna city magistrate in Moscow, both the Russian and Austrian representatives met at the Moscow-held press conference to discuss all things Eurovision, including news regarding their stage performances for the contest in May.

Polina Gagarina, who will perform in the first semi-final with her entry A million voices, revealed details regarding her outfit for the contest in May. Discussing the chosen dress for the upcoming contest, Polina revealed that she may not wear a ‘usual designer dress’ at the competition, but rather a ‘very special construction’. More details are set to be revealed in due course.

Becoming friends at the conference, both Polina and The Makemakes then later went on to perform their Eurovision entries to the press. You can check out some of the images from the conference in the galleries above and below.
