UPD Lithuania: All semi finalists announced

LRT, the Lithuanian broadcaster, has just announced the names of all artists who will be fighting to become Lithuania�s next representative at the Eurovision Song Contest 2008. Thirty four acts will compete in three semi finals plus two wildcards, Aistė Pilvelytė (1999, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007) and last year's Lithuanian representative 4Fun's lead singer Julija Ritčik who will compete directly in the final.

The Lithuanian national final will take place on 2 February. The participants for the final will be chosen in three semi finals, on the 12th, 19th and 26th January. Some of the songs are already online on various internet sites.

The list will be constantly updated as more songs appear on line.
