SRF, the Swiss national broadcaster, has announced the six songs that will compete for the chance to represent Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2014. 

After holding a live audition online, the 18 acts that performed live in front of an experts panel, the 6 acts that go directly to the Swiss National Final are have been decided.

The finalists:

• Sebalter – Hunter of stars
• Natacha & Stéphanie – Une terre sans vous 
• Christian Tschanz – Au paradis 
• Yasmina Hunzinger – I still believe 
• Nino Colonna – La luce del cuore 
• 3 For All – Together forever 

Earlier this week the previously announced 18 acts performed live to a panel of experts, where they were then narrowed down to the final six.

The national final will take place on 1 February 2014 where each act will perform their potential Eurovision entry as well as a cover of a song to give viewers a better impression of each artist’s ability. The winner will be decided by a jury vote and public vote, both accounting for 50% of the overall outcome.
