Sakis stars in new explosive film

Monday 13 November, marks the beginning of shooting for Alter Ego, the new explosive Village Roadshow Productions movie starring Sakis Rouvas, the Greek superstar who represented his country in Istanbul 2004 and hosted Eurovision Song Contest in Athens 2006.

The film is about the lives of five young people, members of a famous rock band,who come to face their inner fears, wishes andultimately theirtrue selves. Sakis plays one of the singers who is riding high on success. When one member of the group gets killed he starts looking at his life and career under a new prism. According to the scenario, Sakis’ character is faced with psychological, existential as well as sentimental problems and decides to turn his life around by changing his attitude.

Filmingwill last for 10 weeks,and takes place inAthens and Thessaloniki. The film’s budget is €2.000.000, one of the most expensive Greek productions ever! It will be directed by Yiorgos Korgianitis
