Another song has been disqualified from the Estonian national final, Eurolaul 2005. This time it's Nevermore island by Julia Bomann because it has been released´on the commercial TV-channel CITY over a year ago.

At the same, the authors have assured in their contract with the Estonian broadcaster ETV that the song has not been published before. After the owner of CITY television station Rait Killandi informed ETV that the song had been played in their programme over a year ago, Juhan Paadam, Executive Producer of Eurolaul 2005, contacted the authors of the song wanting an explanation. After receiving those, ETV decided to disqualify the mentioned song.

This is already the second song to be removed from the national final of Estonia this year. The last one was Set me as a seal because it had a foreign author. The final of Eurolaul is going to be held this Saturday.
