The Internet rumour mill recently had Julia Volkova and Elena Katin changing their stage name from t.A.T.u. to t.E.M.a. due to problems with their manager Ivan Shapovalov. It now appears that they are not going to change their name, but will be dismissing Shapovalov!

On 4th July Julia and Elena are going to London to record their new album — they have already signed a contract with the record company Universal Music.

Julia is due to give birth ultimo September — and speaking of births, Elena celebrates her 20th birthday on 4th October.

t.A.T.u. represented Russia at the 2003 Eurovision Song Contest in Riga, and at which they finished third.
