Outrageous fans noticed that the Kelly Family performed a song with the title 'I wanna be loved' before. The title is the same as they will perform in the German national final.

The song with that title is available on the internet, although it's not known if the song itself is also the same. The song with the title 'I wanna be loved' was performed on the EXPO 2000 in Germany.

Rules by the European Broadcasting Union say that it is forbidden to perform a song on the Eurovision Song Contest that has been made public before January 1 2002. If the song is actually the same, the Kelly Family might be disqualified from the contest.

NDR, the German broadcaster, has not yet reacted.
