Five countries are candidate host countries for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2005. Jeroen Depraetere, co-ordinator of the programme at the European Broadcasting Union, reported that to esctoday.com.
Among the candidate countries for the 2005 contest is the country previously mentioned as host country for 2005, The Netherlands. At this moment, no decision on the 2005 host country has been made.
The other four potential host countries could not be mentioned by the EBU yet: “we are currently waiting for official, signed confirmations”.
