Swedish television has announced that the four cities which will host the semi finals of the 2002 Swedish Melodifestivalen will be Växjö, Sundsvall, Falun and Norrköping.
The finals will start on January 19. Thirteen Swedish cities wanted to host one of the semi finals”: Luleå, Sundsvall, Örnsköldsvik, Falun, Karlstad, Norrköping, Jönköping, Växjö, Gothenburg, Borås, Helsingborg, Skövde and Borlänge were in the running.
