The 2019 Dutch Eurovision winner, Duncan Laurence, has revealed that he hopes to see the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest in Rotterdam!

During the concert, local television channel L1 Limburg caught up with the Eurovision winner and gifted him with a ‘Maastricht Douze Points‘ t-shirt. Duncan accepted the gift gracefully and thanked the television anchor but said that he hopes to see Eurovision 2020 in Rotterdam!

Duncan told L1 Limburg:

My preference is for the city near where I come from and that is Rotterdam… Sorry Maastricht!

He added that the ultimate decision on deliberating the 2020 Eurovision host city lies in the hands of AVROTROS.
