This year's French entry in the Eurovision Song Contest, Sognu by Amaury Vassili will be presented during France 3's 'Chabada' variety show on March 7th. The broadcast will start at 20:30 CET.

France 3 have selected internally Amaury Vassili as their representative at this year's Eurovision Song Contest. The 21-years-old tenor from Rouen, Upper Normandy will perform his song entitled Sognu in the final of the 56th edition of Europe's favourite music show.

Sognu was written by Daniel Moyne, Quentin Bachelet and Jean-Pierre Marcellesi and will be the second song performed in the Corsican dialect on the Eurovision stage. The song will be presented during France 3's broadcast of the Chabada variety show on March 7th starting at 20:30 CET.

France will compete in the final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2011.
